The story began. In 2014, I came to Crimea after many years of separation from a place that has done a lot in becoming me. In 2017, I began to study the terroirs of the Crimea closely, looking for land suitable for cultivation. A year later, the most important stage of the Project – the choice of terroir-was completed. Sevastopol was chosen, where an array of 26 hectares was formed on the former lands of Sofia Perovskaya's wine farm.

After a comprehensive study of the soil, climatic and microbiological features of the region, the varietal composition of future vineyards was selected and a decision was made to choose and buy seedlings in the Boutique nursery "Jean-Guy & Bruno ARRIVE", France.

KARATA-TAU VINEYARDS

Живописные пейзажи, открывающиеся с обрывов и склонов Кара-Тау, сочетаются с аскетичным каменистым плато Караби-яйла — самым восточным горным массивом главной гряды Крымских гор. Эти места с давних пор привлекали внимание жителей Крыма своей первозданной красотой и недоступностью.

В июле 2016 года при поддержке Министерства культуры России в Белогорском районе Республики Крым начались спасательные археологические раскопки античного святилища, расположенного на северном склоне горы Кара-Тау возле села Сенное Белогорского района археологи обнаружили древнее святилище.
